TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw Period (as defined below) and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

Opening/closing date & time:

Prize Draw in relation to Soccer Aid for UNICEF 2026 as promoted on Soccer Aid (the “Programme”), as well as on the charity’s website, social media and printed material(s), opens for entries via SMS from Thursday 28 May 2026 and closes for entries via SMS at 12.00pm on Wednesday 1 July 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”).  

Winner selection & contact: 

  • The Concert Package element of the prize is time sensitive and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below) , and the Promoter intends to use its subcontractor, Fonix Plc to conduct the Prize Draw.

  • Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. 

How to enter & cost of entry:

  • To enter, send an SMS text with the keyword PRIZE to 81166. Text messages cost your standard network message charge (based on your service provider’s fees). You will receive a free entry confirmation text (“Text”) informing you that a voluntary donation of £10 to Soccer Aid for UNICEF will be taken 30 minutes after the Text is received, unless you opt-out by replying to the Text with the word CANCEL before 30 minutes has passed. If you choose to opt-out, you will still be entered into the Prize Draw but the £10 donation to Soccer Aid for UNICEF will not be processed. 

You may enter the Prize Draw a maximum of four (4) times per day or eight (8) times per phone number provided across the Prize Draw Period for SMS entries (“Cap”).

Entries made or received outside of the Prize Draw Period or above the Cap will not be accepted. You will not be entered into the Prize Draw and your donation to Soccer Aid for UNICEF will not be processed but you may still be charged your standard network rate. 

Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or entries with errors in the keyword may not be entered into the Prize Draw and donations to Soccer Aid for UNICEF may not be processed however your standard network message charge may still apply. 

Any donation made through this Prize Draw is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Donations to UK Committee UNICEF

The charity is a charity (registered in England and Wales under charity number 1072612 and registered in Scotland under charity number SC043677) and a company limited by guarantee (company number 3663181), whose registered office is at 1 Westfield Avenue, Stratford, London, E20 1HZ. Every donation collected through the Prize Draw will be added to the total fundraising amount for the entire Soccer Aid for UNICEF 2026 campaign which will run from 3 March 2026 until 1 July 2026, and the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) will match the total eligible donations up to a maximum of six million pounds (£6,000,000).

Gift Aid 

If you enter via SMS, are an eligible UK taxpayer and are 18 years old or over, the charity can claim Gift Aid from HM Revenue & Customs for every £10 donation you make and hence increase the amount you donate by up to 25%, at no extra cost to you. If you elect to make the donation by not opting-out within 30 minutes, you will receive a text message with a link which will take you to a web page with instructions to follow which will allow you to add Gift Aid if you determine that you are eligible to do so. You will be required to provide information including, but not limited to, your title, full name, home address and postcode for the purposes of claiming Gift Aid, which will be shared with charity.

The payment of Gift Aid to charities is subject to HM Revenue & Customs’ acceptance of the Gift Aid declaration.

Prize: 

There is one (1) prize consisting of four (4) tickets to Westlife’s 25th Anniversary World Tour and a hotel voucher.

(i) Tickets to Westlife’s 25th Anniversary World Tour (“Concert Package”)

This element of the prize consists of four (4) VIP tickets for the winner and three (3) companions to attend Westlife’s 25th Anniversary World Tour at The O2, London, on Saturday 10th October 2026, as well as a meet and greet with Westlife at a time as confirmed by the prize provider. The prize also includes exclusive signed merchandise.

The prize also includes standard return rail travel from the UK mainland station nearest to the winner’s home address to London or flights if the winner is from Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, up to the value of four hundred pounds (£400). Please note that the winner and their companion(s) must travel at the same time with the same itinerary. The prize provider either itself or through its third party provider, will liaise with the winner to arrange the transportation. 

The prize also includes three hundred pounds (£300) towards expenses. The prize provider will liaise with the winner to arrange the expenses payment. 

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 16 years old, the companion must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18 years old. No children under the age of 5 will be permitted to attend. Please note that there is no separate children’s area at this event. 

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that Westlife does not perform on the relevant date, or that the concert does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

This prize element excludes accommodation, any transportation not cited above (including but not limited to, transportation between the winner’s home, the mainline station and/or the venue of the concert), meals, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses not cited above.  

If an event or accident occurs beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control including, but not exclusive to, severe weather conditions, terrorist attacks, riots or protests, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the winner or their guests.  Nothing in these terms shall exclude or in any way limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.   

(ii) A hotel voucher 

This element of the prize includes voucher for accommodation for two (2) rooms for two (2) nights at the Nobu Hotel London Portman Square for the winner and three companions, based on two (2) people sharing one (1) double or twin room (as available), on a bed and breakfast basis (“Voucher”). 

The winner must redeem their Voucher and take-up the prize on 9th and 10th October 2026. 

The Voucher features a unique reference ID code. The Voucher must be quoted at time of reservation and presented upon arrival when redeeming the hotel stay. The Voucher may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Cancellation of a booking might render the Voucher null and void.
