Once you have created your Account, you will need to complete your ‘Win Win with Postcode Lottery’ player profile by: (i) entering your email address and postal address; and (ii) accepting the terms and conditions.

These registration steps must be completed and you must be logged into your account before you will be able to participate in any Prize Draws.

Opening/closing date & time:

  • Prize Draws in relation to the Win Win with Postcode Lottery programme (the “Programme”) open for entries online via the Website as instructed during the Programme.

Round Prize Draws:

There are three (3) Prize Draws corresponding with three (3) rounds of questions (each consisting of five (5) multiple-choice questions) (each a “Round”), featured in the Programme (“Round Prize Draws”).

Each Round will be replicated on the Website during the transmission of the Programme.

If an entrant answers all five (5) multiple-choice questions in the Round, they will be entered into a Prize Draw for that Round. Entrants do not need to answer the questions correctly to be entered into the corresponding Prize Draw, but they must answer all questions in the Round within the times set out on the Website.

Entrants must have registered for and be logged into their Account before the relevant Round begins to be eligible to participate in the relevant Round’s Prize Draw.

Entrants who did not log into their Account before the relevant Round begins, may still play along with the Round but will not be eligible to enter that Round’s Prize Draw, nor the Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw.

Entrants will need to ensure that they have a reliable internet connection and that they do not move away from their browser at any time whilst playing. Entrants should not change devices whilst participating in each Round.

Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw:

If an entrant answers all questions in every Round (fifteen (15) questions in total), they will be given the opportunity to opt-in, by way of tick box, to be entered into the ‘Millionaire’s Row’ Prize Draw, for a chance to win the Millionaire’s Row Prize.

Winner selection & contact:

(i) Round Prize Draws

  • The Promoter will endeavour to conduct the Round Prize Draws within ten (10) minutes of each Round closing in each episode of the Programme.

  • For each Round, a list of up to fifty (50) eligible entrants will be randomly selected (the “List”). Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries on the List for that specific Round will win that relevant Round’s Prize (as defined in the ‘Prize’ section below). Once an entrant wins a Round Prize, they are excluded from winning further prize(s) drawn from that same List.

  • Details of the three (3) Round Prize Draw winners will be announced during the episodes of the Programme, using the winners’ first names, first initial of their surnames and towns. Please note that any public announcement made regarding a winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse an entry if it is believed to not be a legitimate name, e.g. uses profane or defamatory words, is nonsensical or is a registered company name. All decisions shall be made in the Promoter’s sole discretion.

  • The Round Prizes are time critical and the winners will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below). Entrants will be contacted by the telephone number provided and must be contactable for seventy-two (72) hours after the end of the relevant episode of the Programme.

“Win The Answer” bonus Prize Draw

  • During the episode of the Programme, one (1) of the Rounds may feature a special ‘Win The Answer’ question as announced in the episode of the Programme (“Win The Answer Question”).

  • The on-screen contestants (“Contestants”) will be asked the Win The Answer Question, and all Contestants who correctly answer that Win The Answer Question will win a prize  (“Win The Answer Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Win The Answer Prize will be determined at the sole discretion of the prize provider.

  • The same number of remaining eligible entrants from the List (excluding the winner of that Round’s Prize) will win that Round’s Win The Answer Prize, in sequential order.

  • By way of example only, if the answer to the Win The Answer Question is ‘B’, all Contestants who answer B will win the Win The Answer Prize. If seventeen (17) Contestants answered correctly, the next seventeen (17) entrants from the List, after the winner of that Round’s Prize, will win the Win The Answer Prize.

  • The winners of the Win The Answer Prize will be contacted within ten (10) working days of the relevant episode of the Programme. The winners of the Win The Answer Prize will not be announced during the Programme however, they may be announced on the Website and the Promoter’s social media.

(ii) Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw

  • Wednesday 28 October; and

(v) to confirm they consent to their first name and first initial of their surname, town and the first part of their postcode to be shown on air.

  • Entrants will be contacted until there are up to ten (10) entrants who fulfil criteria (i) to (v) above.

  • The up to ten (10) entrants will be given full details as to how to complete their DBS check and social media check and this must be done before the deadline of 11am on Sunday 20 September 2026 (“Deadline”), as explained during the initial contact.

  • If all Checks are completed before the Deadline and to the Promoter’s satisfaction (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion), up to ten (10) entrants will be entered into a random draw and the first three (3) names drawn will undergo a mental health assessment. As per the draw order, and subject to a successful mental health assessment, the entrant drawn as number 1 (one) will win a seat on Millionaire’s Row. Should the first three (3) entrants be unsuccessful, the next three (3) will be drawn and so on.

  • The Promoter, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate: (i) any phone call with an entrant; or (ii) any entrant’s participation in the Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw process at any time, if such entrant displays abusive or offensive behaviour, including, but not limited to, using obscene, vulgar, racist, discriminatory, derogatory, threatening or offensive language and/or shows clear signs of intoxication (“Unacceptable Behaviour”). Where an entrant displays Unacceptable Behaviour, the Promotor may remove them from the Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw process and any Millionaire’s Row Prize (including the Episodic Prize) will be forfeited.

In the event of a technical problem that results in all three (3) Rounds being affected in episode 1 of the Programme, the Promoter will choose Round Prize winners and a Millionaire’s Row winner from everyone who has registered to play the game.

In the event of a technical problem that results in all three (3) Rounds being affected in episodes 2-5 inclusive, the Promoter will select: (i) Round Prize winners from all entrants who have registered to play the game; and (i) a Millionaire’s Row winner from entrants of a previous episode of the Programme who has successfully passed the Checks.
